Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

5. PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION AND LIABILITY

Original Products:

Items labeled as "Original" are rare or discontinued parts. Manufacturer's Retail Price (MRP) may not apply to such products. We do not accept claims related to fitting issues for original parts.

Generic Products:

Clearly marked as "Generic" and sold as suitable alternatives to original parts.

Product Warranty:

We do not accept partial mileage claims or performance guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in the product description.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

6.1 Shipping Costs and Payment Structure

  • Customers pay 60-70% of actual shipping charges upfront
  • pvrspares covers the remaining 30-40% as a shipping discount
  • Shipping discounts may be revoked if orders are cancelled after dispatch, returns are due to buyer's change of mind, or fraudulent activity is detected

6.2 Courier Selection and Service Standards

  • Default Courier Partners: We select the most cost-effective and reliable option from our network including IndiaPost, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, Ecom Express, DTDC, Amazon Shipping, and Ekart
  • No Customer Preference: Courier selection is at our discretion based on efficiency and cost
  • No Delivery Guarantees: Delivery timelines depend on third-party courier services. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances

6.3 Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-14 business days depending on product availability
  • Delivery Time: 1-14 business days for metro cities; up to 3 weeks for remote areas including Lakshadweep, Northeast states, Kashmir, and Ladakh
  • Priority Locations: Some locations like Pune may receive same-day delivery if conditions align (early order placement and proximity to our Mumbai warehouse)
  • Issue Resolution Timeline: Customers have 7 days from delivery to raise any issues. Once an issue is accepted, you have another 7 days to dispatch the product. If a tracking number is not provided within these 7 days, the case will be considered closed. Transit time for the replacement is not included in these timelines. Replacement will be given priority over refunds, on receiving the original product in the said condition we shall send replacement.

6.4 Remote Areas and Service Limitations

  • Tier 4-6 Cities: Door-to-door delivery is not guaranteed. Customers may need to collect parcels from courier offices
  • Out-of-Service Areas: Orders may be cancelled or significantly delayed on a case-by-case basis
  • Address Accuracy: Incorrect delivery details may result in return shipping at customer's expense

6.5 High-Risk Scenarios

  • Natural Calamities: Courier delays or cancellations may occur due to natural disasters or unforeseen events. pvrspares is not liable for compensation in such cases
  • Urgent Orders: If delivery timing is critical to your needs, we recommend avoiding our services due to potential logistics uncertainties

7. PAYMENT, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping (subject to reasonable limits; orders may be cancelled if shipping exceeds practical limits)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Customer pays 60-70% of courier charges upfront (non-refundable if cancelled after shipping)
  • Payment Security: Never share OTP or payment details with delivery personnel. We recommend UPI or online payment methods

7.2 Refund Timeline

All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (T+7) after cancellation approval.

7.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellation: Full refund minus applicable shipping charges
  • pvrspares Cancellation: No charges to customer; full refund provided
  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: Full refund minus applicable shipping charges

8. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

8.1 Seller's Fault (Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products)

  • Contact our support team for return authorization and address
  • Return Method: Use IndiaPost (normal post) or equivalent courier service (provide rate card if not using IndiaPost)
  • Tracking Mandatory: All returns must include tracking numbers
  • Return Shipping Process: Customer pays return shipping charges upfront. Upon receipt and verification that the product is genuinely damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will refund the full product amount plus original shipping charges plus return shipping charges
  • Verification Required: Return shipping reimbursement is provided only after we receive and verify the claimed defect/damage

8.2 Buyer's Fault (Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse)

  • Only product cost is refunded (no shipping charges of any kind)
  • Customer bears return shipping cost (no reimbursement)
  • Shipping discounts from original order are revoked
  • Standard return shipping procedures apply

8.3 False or Unsubstantiated Claims

If a product is returned claiming defects but functions properly upon testing, return shipping charges will not be reimbursed and will be determined case-by-case. We do not provide compensation for unrelated damages or claims that cannot be verified.

  • Account Recovery: If you lose access to your registered mobile number, account recovery is impossible

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: Create a complete unboxing video from the moment you receive the package. The video must show the sealed/packed box before opening and continue through the entire unboxing process without interruption. Partial unboxing videos or videos starting mid-process will not be accepted as valid proof
  • Supporting Documentation: While photographs can be provided as complementary evidence, the unboxing video serves as the primary proof for any damage, missing items, or incorrect product claims
  • Inspect products upon delivery for any visible damage
  • Report Issues Within 7 Days: All claims regarding damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances. This 7-day period is for reporting issues only - actual product return can be processed after claim approval
  • Comply with return procedures as outlined

12.3 Split Shipments

Metal objects, glass objects and plastic objects will never be shipped in the same box. Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost unless specifically mentioned during order confirmation.
